About the role
As a Sales Counter Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our customers. You’ll be advising on lawnmowers and garden equipment, handling sales, and ensuring every customer leaves with the right product and a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases
• Providing expert advice on lawnmowers and garden machinery
• Processing sales transactions accurately
• Handling customer queries in person and over the phone
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Previous sales or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
- Interest in garden machinery or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team in a busy environment
