PAYMENT, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If you do not hold a business account with Bryan Hynds, payment is required when you place your order. We accept cash, cheque, all major debit and credit cards and PayPal.
You must inform Bryan Hynds Machinery Ltd of your intent to return a product within 7 days of purchase.
We aim to ensure the products we sell represent high quality at competitive prices. If however, you need to return a product, please email us at email@example.com. Please include your order number, a description of the product you would like to return along with a description as to why you need to return it. Please also include photographs if they are relevant to your reason for returning the product.
If you are returning a product which is deemed faulty or has been incorrectly supplied, Bryan Hynds will cover the cost of returning the item via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, up to a value of £10. Please contact us on 02838 335 885 and we will arrange for the item(s) to be collect or we may be able to collect the product if within a 10 mile radius from our showroom. Please read our full returns terms and conditions before submitting a request to return an item.
Please check your item(s) as soon as you receive them. If an item has been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to submit the claim with the carrier.
Until the point it is dispatched, you can cancel your order by calling us on 02838 335 885 or emailing email@example.com and quoting your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email). If your order has already been dispatched, it will have to be processed as a return.
